Recently, on November 16th (at Adora Luxury Convention Center - Hoang Van Thu Street, HCMC) and November 18th, 2016 (at Melia Hotel, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi), USIS Group held a Conference to introduce the project "Building wireless network infrastructure throughout New York City - Opportunity to invest in the project of the US government and Google" (called LinkNYC project for short). This was an essential milestone marking the strategic corporation between USIS Group and NYCRC, a partner of Google Inc. in respect of developing luxury projects under the EB-5 investment program of the US government.
New York City Regional Center (NYCRC) was certified on October 30th, 2008 by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. This is the first Regional Center certified in New York City. Since that time, NYCRC has secured more than USD 1.2 billion of EB-5 capital representing more than 2,400 EB-5 investors. NYCRC links with the government and developers assigned the project to fund important economic development projects in New York City.

For the past eight years, more than 2,350 permanent green cards have been issued for the EB-5 investors and their family members involved in 19 EB-5 projects that have been approved by USCIS. Majority of these projects include the important development in community/private sector related to land and government establishments. LinkNYC Project in New York City
The LinkNYC project is the subsequent phase of the work to construct the US biggest wireless infrastructure in general and to bring in the most convenient wifi network system for millions of New York residents and tourists in particular. The project is the first priority of President Barack Obama in his Memorandum of 2015. This is considered to be an important initiative for the New York City Government under the EB-5 investment model. LinkNYC project is closely related to New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (abbreviated as DoITT) and it focuses on shaping the information technology strategy and policy for the City. The project performance team is the leading American companies such as: Google, Qualcomm, Comark & Intersection. This is also the safest project for capital and green card investors because the number of employment to be created during the project construction process exceeded over 32% compared to the level specified by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
