GOLDEN VISA PROGRAM

The program was issued by the Government and takes effect on October 8^th, 2012. It allows foreign investors and family members to have a Portuguese residence card or to settle in Europe quickly and simply with the lowest cost currently, only EUR 350,000.

2. Conditions of Program Participation

• Investors over 18 years old with good criminal record.
• Keep the amount invested in the project for at least 5 years until you get your Permanent Resident Card.
• Compulsory residence period: 7 days / year
  • After the 5th year: apply for Portuguese citizenship, become an EU citizen.
  • Applying for health insurance during your stay in Portugal.

3. Easy Process

• Step 1: Sign a service contract and a lawyer contract with USIS
• Step 2: Present at the Portuguese Consulate in Bangkok
• Step 3:
  • Transfer investment fund
  • Wait for obtaining house ownership from the Department of Land Administration
• Step 4: Present at the Portuguese Immigration Services
• Step 5: Receive your residence card
