On March 12th in Ho Chi Minh City and March 14th in Ha Noi, U.S. Investment Services (USIS), with the cooperation of Extell (one of the most prestigious and active real estate companies in New York), Greenberg Traurig (the 7th largest U.S. law firm), organized a seminar under the theme “American Dream” successfully. This seminar is to introduce the Vietnamese investors the opportunity to get resident cards for their families, having rights of American residents, by investing to an EB-5 Project: 555 Tenth Avenue. The seminar engaged more than 200 potential investors in Ho Chi Minh City and more than 50 investors in Ha Noi.
At the seminar, the investors were provided with interesting and updated information about EB-5 program through the presentation of Dr. Kate Kalmykov, chief attorney of Greenberg Traurig, and the introduction of the 555 Tenth Avenue Project by Ms. Erika Banach, Director of Extell New York Regional Center. The “American Dream” seminar in Ho Chi Minh City was more impressive with some creative performances of successful businessmen and businesswomen, Nguyen Hung singer, Nam Khanh singer and Lio band.
